Andrew joined Northern Foods as a Development Chef in 1988, developing a wide range of Product Concepts for Marks and Spencers and Sainsburys. In 1994 Andrew joined Hygrade Foods as Development Manager for Oscar Mayer Ready Meals. Developing a diverse product portfolio for Sainsburys, Waitrose and Catering Accounts. During the last 12 years Andrew has traveled and eaten extensively in the UK, Europe and America in the search for culinary knowledge to keep up with the latest food trends.
